  I went here a few weeks ago and I still think about the service they provided me with. It was exactly what I deserved as a customer and they treated me fairly and were very helpful. My phone had a rare case of a missing screw and because it was so minor they fixed the issue(s) free of charge. One of the people there (I think his name was Randeap) had a brilliant sense of humor. My iPhone also had a "mysterious" case of pen markings on the inside and no one knows how that came about... But it won't be a problem for me. Overall, highly satisfied, I highly recommend Mac1 at ANU.

  Have dealt with the Mac one store in Acton on two occasions now in regards to my Apple watch. They have been fantastic both times organizing replacements without me having to pay and having a new watch for me to pick up in under a week. I dealt with Randeep on both occasions and really appreciated his service and advice. It is great to feel valued as an Apple customer.

  Brought my MacBook Pro in. Couldn’t even run diagnostics so had to leave it with them to have a look at it. 2 days later I found out the motherboard was faulty and had to be replaced. Also had the screen replaced because of all the smudges on it. Got all of this done in a week and for a very affordable price. Don’t think I would have gotten the same level of service anywhere else! Very happy customer!

  Exemplary customer service. Both Xavier and Elias were professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. Even though I didn't book any appointment, they diagnosed the issue and fixed my Macbook in less than half an hour. I would highly recommend these guys and they have set an example really high that it might be a challenge for another service centre to match. Thank you guys for your help today. Keep up the good work.

  Efficient and professional technician Greg kept me informed of the progress of my iPhone repair. Dropped the phone off at 10am and was able to collect by mid afternoon the same day, fixed and working perfectly for a very minor cost. Extremely satisfying experience and can highly recommend the University of Canberra Mac1 store.
